In accordance with ethics and WTO rules, ACTECON protects its clients’ interests and provides consultancy services in respect of privacy and exclusivity. ACTECON totally respects principle of confidentiality and avoids conflict of interests, even after the termination of consultancy services.

Local and foreign administrative bodies related to ACTECON’s business regulate competitive conditions of the markets. Professional competences and administrative efficiency of these bodies determine competitive power of the markets. Thus, ACTECON endeavors to ensure that these administrative bodies have more independence and technical and administrative powers. However, the unique medium of this endeavor is ACTECON’s written opinions and official communications.
